In 2002 Bosch Breitbandnetze GmbH
(today Tele Columbus Multimedia GmbH) and Marienfeld Multimedia GmbH, subsidiary of THS (TreuHandStelle für
Bergmannswohnstätten im rheinisch-westfälischen Steinkohlenbezirk GmbH, Essen),
have founded the co-operative venture"BMB GmbH & Co. KG" with its head office in Essen and its site office in Gelsenkirchen.

As partner of the housing association BMB plans, builds and maintains broadband cable installations for radio broadcasting
and television, both level 3 and level 4, meeeting the current demands on variety of programmes, quality and reliability.

In the area of the co-operative venture, Tele Columbus and Marienfeld supply far more than 200.000 households
with radio broadcast and television.

As medium-sized company and especially as partner of the housing association, we are focussed on customer proximity and on-site service.

As a matter of course we have the ability to transmit a multitude of licensed, international TV-channels.
